Our policy is valid within 15 days after signing. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As of now, we only accept return or refund requests for the following cases:
1. Products Damaged
2. Incorrect or Missing Product
Depending on the condition of the products, we might:
1. Offer a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged
2. Offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc)
All product returns must be shipped back in the same condition that you received them (including all accessories), unused, with tags, and in their original form of packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:

-Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

-Further instructions will be given through email.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@afreshstyle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Sale/Promotional items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.

Coupon Codes

-Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update.

-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.

-Only one code can be used on a purchase

-Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
FreshStyle reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
